Kurt R Hilbert
Kurt R. Hilbert is the Managing Member and Founder of The Hilbert Law Firm, LLC. He is a seasoned litigator, repeatedly honored by his peers and legal community as a Georgia Rising Star, Super Lawyer. He has crafted a domestic and international practice that provides a wide array of services to clients ranging from banking institutions and large corporations, to investors, start-ups and individuals. Hilbert is also a Certified Civil Mediator in the State of Georgia.
Eric Smith started his mediation career in alternative dispute resolution in 2010. Eric discovered his love for the art of mediation while working at The Churchill Law Firm, shortly after graduating from Georgia State University in 2009. Eric is registered with the Georgia Commission of Dispute Resolution (GODR) and the federal government’s System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
A graduate of Shaw University, Raleigh, N.C., 1985 BA, Georgia College and State University, Milledgeville, GA, 1993 MPA and The Walter F. George College of Law, Mercer University, 1996 JD. Robbin was admitted to practice law in 1996 and currently manages her own legal practice, Shipp Firm, LLC, where she specializes in major felony criminal defense and personal and catastrophic injury law.
